Note that our site does link to other websites (such as YouTube, Google or Amazon, for instance).  These other sites have their own privacy policies that may differ from those below.

If you choose to subscribe to our website or ask us to contact you, we will collect the information that you submit, such as:

We ask for this information in order to reply or to provide you with news or special offers as indicated on the submission form.

Our website is hosted on GoDaddy.  If you submit messages to us using the forms on the website, they are forwarded to us via email.  They are also stored in GoDaddy's messaging system behind a firewall on their secure servers.  The messages are stored in order for us to reply to you or to offer services that you request -- such as news or special offers.  

We may communicate with you via email in response to your subscription on our website, providing you news, special offers, or sneak peeks to our website content.  The frequency of these emails is on average not more than one message a week -- usually around once a month.

The https://www.anchormoments.com domain uses SSL (Secure Sockets Layer), but no secure transactions are actually hosted by the Anchor Moments website.  

Any items for sale displayed on the Anchor Moments website are handled by links to reputable third party websites, such as Amazon or Epicure. These e-commerce sites provide commercial-grade encryption for conducting online transactions, and details are available on their websites. 

We encourage you to check the privacy policies and security information for any website you use. Keep in mind that no system is 100% fool proof, however.  No method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage can be 100% secure.  

Our website is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect, use, or disclose personal data from children under 13. If you believe that we have collected, used or disclosed personal data of a child under the age of 13, please click here to contact us so that we can take appropriate action.
